Corporate Sponsorship ($7,000 each)

Benefits to Corporate Sponsors:

Recognition
• Your company will be identified as a CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 Corporate Sponsor on the prominent banners in the registration area, by the entry way to the exhibition and in the exhibition hall and conference areas
• Each day, an announcement will be made over the exhibition public address system recognizing your company as a Corporate Sponsor
• A plaque will be presented to the head of compliance for the Agencies highlighting the 2010 Corporate Sponsor companies involvement in CLEAN ATLANTIC
• Your staff attending the CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 Conference & Exhibition will be provided with ribbons identifying them as members of a Corporate Sponsor team
• An exclusive sign at the Host Hotels greeting delegates on your behalf and identifying you as a Corporate Sponsor

Sponsorship of Functions
• The Opening Reception will be named for the Corporate Sponsors.  Your company name will be placed on event notices, napkins and promotional signs at the serving area. Full signage with your logo will be placed on tables
• Your company will be identified as a host of the lunches served on the exhibit floor on the first day, with your logo on event notices, signs and napkins, as well as full signage on tables
• Your company will be recognized as a sponsor of the speaker breakfasts and your company logo will be placed on invitations to the breakfast and on signage in the breakfast rooms

Print & Electronic Promotion
• Your company will be identified as a Corporate Sponsor of CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 on a full page in the Pre-Conference Program, as well as the Official Show Program
• Your company literature, an invitation,  a special notice, or a “give-away item”, will be distributed to each delegate
• Your company will be thanked and recognized as a Corporate Sponsor in confirmation packages sent to all CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 Conference delegates
• Your company will be recognized as a CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 Corporate Sponsor on the official web-site

Conference Recognition
• Your company will be recognized as a Corporate Sponsor and thanked during the opening keynote session
• Time for five power point slides slides will be provided to your company during a continuously-played carousel shown prior to and during breaks in the keynote and conference sessions
• Your company logo identifying you as a Corporate Sponsor will be displayed in the meeting room prior to the keynote session
• Your company will receive 3 complimentary VIP Corporate Sponsor invitations to the CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 Conference
• The session chair preceding the first day Luncheon will identify and thank your company as a Corporate Sponsor

Industry Sponsorship ($3,500 each)

• Your company will receive 1 complimentary VIP Industry Sponsor invitations to the CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 Conference

Badge Lanyard Sponsor – Exclusive - $3,500 + Cost of Lanyards

• Your company name and/or logo will be printed repeatedly in a single color of your choice on both sides of the badge lanyard given to each CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 Conference Delegate.  The lanyard will be used to hold the registration badge while the delegates move around the conference sessions, the exhibition area and social functions.
• Your company will be recognized as a sponsor in the CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 Official Show Program

Beverage Station Sponsor - $1000 each    - Five available

• Signage at your beverage station on the exhibit floor 
• Your company will be listed as a Beverage Station Sponsor of the Reception and will have invitations to attend in all the conference rooms all day
• Your company will be identified as one of the Beverage Station Sponsors in the Official Show Guide
• Your company will be recognized as a CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 Sponsor on the official web-site
 

Morning Breakfast Station Sponsors -  Five available - $1,500 

• Your company will be identified as one of the sponsors of the five Breakfast Stations in the exhibit hall on Thursday and Friday.  This breakfast will be available to all delegates prior to the conference starting in the exhibit hall.
• Your company logo will be on signage at your breakfast station as well as in the registration area.
• Your company logo will be featured in the Official Show Program.
• Your company will have the opportunity to place literature at the break area, as well as have several company representatives in attendance to meet and greet delegates.
• Your company logo will be on the CLEAN ATLANTIC web site with a link back to your site.

Message Center Sponsor – Exclusive - $1,500

• Your company will be identified as the sole sponsor of the CLEAN ATLANTIC Message Center.  Everyone checks their messages during the conference and now they will see you as well.
• Your company will be featured as the sponsor of the Message Center in the Official Show Program.
 

Lunch Sponsorship– Maximum of two - $3,500 each 

All of the CLEAN ATLANTIC delegates receive a complimentary lunch courtesy of your company. This luncheon takes place at the convention center and is an excellent method of highlighting your company to the conference delegates at CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010.

• Signage on all luncheon tables recognizing your company’s sponsorship and on luncheon tickets
• Signage at the luncheon area showcasing your company logo and sponsorship
• Your company’s logo on prominent signage throughout the conference area reminding delegates of your luncheon sponsorship
• Your company will be recognized as the Luncheon sponsor in the CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 Official Show Program
• We will place your corporate logo and a link to your website on the Official CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 website
• Announcements will be made throughout the show, thanking your company for its sponsorship.

CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 Web Site Banner Sponsor – Maximum of Six - $1500

• Your company will have a 4-color banner advertisement that rotates constantly on the CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 Web Site.  This site is promoted in over 100,000 pieces of promotional literature, as well as numerous press releases and newsletters for Corporate and state web sites.  It is also connected to the major CLEAN ATLANTIC state and federal sponsor sites.
• Your company will receive a “hot-link” from the CLEAN ATLANTIC Web Site to your home page.
• Your company will be mentioned in the Conference Program, as well as the Official Show Program.

Prize Giveaway Sponsorship - $1,000 each  - Only Ten (10) Available

In order to encourage CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 conference delegates to visit your booth, on each day, there will be 5 Prizes awarded to 5 lucky delegates who must be present to win. 

Your company can join 14 other companies who will sponsor the Giveaways each afternoon of the event.  Conference Delegates must visit each sponsor’s booth and stamp their map to win a PrizeGive-Away.  Over 1200 conference delegates attended last year’s conference.

• Your company will be one of the stamp stations for the Conference Delegates to get their “Prize” map completed
• Your company will be recognized as a Sponsor at CLEAN ATLANTIC 2010 in the promotional material and the official show guide.
• Your company will be listed on prominent signage as a Giveaway Sponsor
• Custom signage in each sponsor’s booth identifying the company as a Prize Giveaway Sponsor

HTML Banner Sponsorship – $2000

• Your company will have a 4-color banner advertisement that runs on two CLEAN ATLANTIC Conference Promotional HTMLs. Each HTML blast will be distributed to over 3,000 potential CLEAN ATLANTIC Attendees.
• Your company will receive a “hot-link” from the CLEAN ATLANTIC HTML to your landing page of choice.
• Your company will be mentioned in the Official Show Program.
